In retail and hospitality, cleanliness isn’t back-office admin; it’s the product. Customers judge a shop by its floor and a café by its tables, and they do it in seconds. We keep Leicester’s customer-facing spaces ready for that judgement, every trading day.

Front of house: where the standard is public

Sales floors, dining rooms, entrance glass, counters, fitting rooms and customer washrooms are the spaces your reputation lives in. We clean them on a schedule built around your trading hours: after close, before open, or overnight where the turnaround demands it. The aim is simple: when the doors open, everything a customer sees, touches or sits on is at standard.

For hospitality clients, the washrooms carry extra weight, because customers treat them as a verdict on your kitchen. Ours get sanitised, restocked and logged on a visible schedule, so the verdict goes your way.

Back of house: where the discipline is

Staff rooms, stock areas, prep-adjacent spaces and corridors get the same attention as the shop floor, because standards that stop at the swing door aren’t standards. We use colour-coded equipment to keep zones strictly separated, and our documented task sheets and visit logs give food businesses something concrete to show an Environmental Health Officer when the inspection comes.

Built around trading, not around us

Retail hours are unforgiving and hospitality hours are worse, so flexibility is part of the service, not a favour. Late finish on a Friday? Seasonal hours? A refit that needs a sparkle clean before relaunch? We schedule around your reality and put it in writing.

We’re a Leicester-based team that only does commercial work, and we’re deliberately small: the people who clean your premises this week are the ones who clean it next week. They know where the fiddly bits are, they’re vetted and insured, and they take genuine pride in handing back a space that’s ready to trade. Fair quotes after a proper look at your site, no hidden costs, no corner-cutting: that’s the deal.

FAQ

Straight answers

Can you clean outside trading hours?

That's the normal way to do it. We clean after close or before open, including overnight turnarounds for pubs and restaurants, so your customers never meet a mop bucket. Access and alarm arrangements are agreed in writing.

Do you support food-hygiene inspections?

We clean to a documented schedule you can show an Environmental Health Officer as evidence of routine cleaning: clear task sheets, completed-visit logs, and colour-coded equipment that keeps food areas separate from washrooms. Good paperwork won't clean your kitchen, so we do both.

Can you handle a one-off deep clean rather than a regular contract?

Yes. Pre-opening cleans, seasonal deep cleans, and resets after refits are all work we take on. If you want a regular schedule afterwards, the deep clean gives us a perfect baseline to maintain.

Our premises are small. Are we too small for you?

No. Leicester's high streets are mostly independents, and a small, well-kept shop is exactly the kind of client we want to grow with. Frequency and scope scale to your size, and so does the price.

Are you insured to work in customer-facing premises?

Yes. Public liability insurance is in place, and the certificate is available on request. Everyone who enters your premises is vetted, experienced, and works to the agreed task sheet.

Need retail & hospitality done properly?
