We started Respect & Integrity Cleaning because we saw too many cleaning companies cutting corners and leaving clients disappointed. Our name reflects what we believe should be standard practice: treating every space with respect and approaching every job with integrity.
Based in Leicester, we keep our operation local and our team tight-knit. That means you see familiar faces, consistent quality, and people who genuinely care about the work they do. Everyone on the team is experienced, vetted and insured, and everyone knows that a checklist signed off carelessly is a lie in writing. We don't do those.
We're new as a company, and we're comfortable saying so, because the people doing the cleaning aren't new to cleaning. What we're building is the company we always thought this trade deserved: honest quotes, written scopes, and work that holds up when you look closely.
